Dam will teach a 15-week NxLevel class in business management and planning at the College of Lake County this fall. The class, titled “Entrepreneurial Training Program,” is geared toward people who are already in business. NxLevel instructors are trained to cover the key aspects of creating a business plan, including: marketing, financial planning, budgets and assumptions, financial cash flow projections, financing, negotiating skills, and growth management. He began his CPA practice in 1971, after serving three years as an IRS agent with the US Treasury Department.
