What is a Business Assessment?
This dynamic management tool has been created by Dam, Snell & Taveirne, Ltd's Strategic Management Consulting Group to provide businesses with comprehensive data on the State of their Organization. An in-depth management presentation is also included to identify areas in need of attention, recommendations for development, and a prioritized action-plan.

Step One
We research your industry and then our Consulting Team comes to you for an onsite, top-to-bottom review of your operations and performance data. We conduct interviews, tour and observe all production and support tasks in action, and conduct an in-depth financial analysis. We evaluate:

    - Three specific action recommendations
      and target completion dates

Step Four:
Presentation. Our report and action plan recommendations can be presented at a one-hour meeting with owners and key management personnel or at an all day retreat for top management and department heads (or anything in between).
